Senior Associate

Job Description: Applicants at the Senior Associate level will be expected to make significant contributions to the design of qualitative and/or quantitative research, manage research teams, and create high value strategically focused reports and presentations. Candidates should be fully versed in either quantitative or qualitative methods; expertise in both types of research is not necessary but is a plus. For qualitative research engagements, senior associates are expected to conduct sensitive individual interviews and focus groups with physicians and other health professionals, patients, and hospital and insurance company executives. For quantitative research engagements, senior associates must be conversant with advanced multivariate analytics (e.g., latent class segmentation, choice modeling, CART/CHAID etc).

Experience with research in the pharmaceutical industry preferred. Applicants will have considerable opportunity to work alongside senior partners, and interact with key clients on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications: The successful candidate has:
	Advanced Degree or Bachelor's Degree plus 3-6 years of market research/consulting experience
	A degree in a relevant discipline, advanced degree preferred
	Demonstrated experience in marketing research and consulting, and project management
	Strong communications skills, excellent organizational skills, fine attention to detail, proactivity and self direction are highly valued
	Interviewing / moderating experience
	Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
	Qualitative focused Senior Associates must be able to travel on short notice across the USA and internationally (Approximately 35% travel required):  Quantitative focused Senior Associates must also be available for travel (approximately 5% travel required)
